Hardware Products and Manufacturers News !
Here is one of the best place to know whats going on in 1st hand !

This is the new project from Vantec ! The Swastika Heatsink for the P4 ! Equipped with TMD(tip magnetic driving) DC fan, this heatsink and the "Gammadion" heatsink will be released to the market in the middle of April ! Im especting a review model, and the fan you see is a new type of fan that makes about 40% less noise than the normal fans and has more power for expelling air than the normal fans !

In other news, Thermalright presented a prototype called "SLK-800" in Cebit, wich is a bigger version of the SLK-600, with an 80mm fan ! But while other site's were saying it's a final production model and would be on the market soon, I talked to Thermalright's Product Development wich said to me: "SLK-800 is displayed to show our design capability. The model is not final yet. We don't even have exact dimension, not to mention tooling. I think the soonest we can deliver such model will be by end of May." So don't be espacting this baby any time soon...

Spire recently lanched a new cooler for the Intel P4 processors the Easy Stream: "The EasyStream is designed for the Intel Pentium 4 socket 478 processors. Featuring an advanced heat sink design using a quiet yet powerful fan and our patented Easy clip system.", "While using all aluminum design the EasyStream delivers competitive performance against the high-speed fan solutions while remaining a much quieter solution. The EasyStream offers a balanced performance for socket 478 processors. Its lightweight design is attributed to the superior high-quality aluminum heat sink technology, which maximizes the materials surface area. A lightweight cooler prevents damage to processors and motherboards, as well as reducing transport costs.", "EasyStream also uses a 3500 RPM fan to maintain its quiet operation without sacrificing performance. Installation and removal is simple and painless with the easy clip system" -> Information gived to me by the Sales Manager from Fanner Group Rolf Borrenbergs.

Albatron just released their new graphics cards based on the Nvidia GF4 Ti family ! They have models with GF4 Ti4600, Ti4400 and Ti4200, besides this cards they also provide buyers with the MX440 version of the GF4 wich I am reveiwing for the site !
